Mix the egg with the sugar. Only stop when it hurts, and if you are weak, then please go on until you cry like a little girl. Add in the butters (funny, eh, butters?) and mix roughly.

Add the flour, and try to continue mixing with a spoon for a while. Finish it with your hands. Now, the dough is ready, and you might want to be a bit creative. For these, I sandwiched a slice of marshmallow between two discs of dough, resulting in a layer of chewyness once baked. You can also put peanuts or peanut bits on top of each cookie. Do whatever you want, damn you.

Just flatten small balls (or squares) of the dough on a non-stick baking tray using a fork (it looks better, this is an universally known fact), and throw it all in a pre-heaten oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Turn the oven down, leaving the cookies inside for 5 to ten minutes. Let it cool, serve, eat, enjoy.
